2019 Two friends, one espresso machine bought secondhand, and a garage kitchen in Kothrud. We roasted six kilos a week and delivered filter kaapi by scooter to whoever asked.
2021 We took the lease on Lane 7 — eleven tables, a counter we built ourselves from a neighbour's old teak almirah, and a menu that finally had snacks on it.
2024 Still eleven tables. Still the same roaster. We just got better at knowing how you take your coffee.
